We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our growing fully remote practice. This role is ideal for clinicians who value depth-oriented, culturally grounded therapy and want to work in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

This is a part-time, fully remote role with a minimum caseload of 10 clients per week, designed for clinicians who want to provide high-quality care without the administrative burden.

Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy via telehealth
- Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and documentation
- Deliver care using a culturally sensitive psychodynamic lens, with CBT and solution-focused interventions as appropriate
- Provide trauma-informed and identity-affirming care
Qualifications
- LCSW licensed in Massachusetts
- Experience and passion for working with people of color, LGBTQIA+, and marginalized communities
- Values authenticity, reflection, and cultural humility
- Interested in trauma-informed, identity-affirming care
- Strong clinical documentation skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
